I've been silent observer for quite sometime now. Would like to start (or restart) a thread that collect all of June 2002 485 filers (I hope there are still some of "my people" out there. 
2 years and 2months later) and track the process.
I got couple silly questions, hope will get answered here. Forgive my ignorance,
but
1.what's the difference btw EB1, EB2, and EB3?
2.where do you get your LUD date? by checking out your case status online or some other way?
3.What's RFE?
4. Is it true that if I didn't file EAD,then I have to stick with my one and the only employer (sponsor) till the end of time?
5. Is there anyone who has had contacted your local congressional office for help and actually gotten positive response?
