Hi All,
We (me and my wife) got our fingerprint notices today. Our 485 ND/RD is in June 2002. We live in Fremont, CA. Fingerprint appointment date is 7/8/2004 at BCIS OAKLAND, CA.
Please help me with following questions:
1) Did anybody do an early fingerprint at Oakland? If so what is the experience. Do they allow early fingerprint?
2) Can I go to San Jose, CA center instead? I saw many posts, which said San Jose center allows early fingerprint without problems.
3) Are there any potential problems if we do our fingerprints in San Jose?
4) What is the address of San Jose center for fingerprints?
My wife's is a 245i case. As you know she cannot leave the country without GC approval. We are desperate to visit our family and relatives during this summer (my kid has holiday from 6/15 to first week of Sept).
