June 1st Concurrent I-140/I-485 Tracking

Hi all,

Thought it would be good to start a thread tracking the progress of June 1st concurrent filers.

Given the movement in priority dates with the June Bulletin, there will likely be a lot of people filing during the first week of June.

It would be nice to track results to get a sense how things are moving along.

Mine was sent overnight on May 31st, so I presume it arrives on June 1 and certainly by June 4th.

I don't like the idea of providing too much info. This is a very personal matter but Category (EBx), Chargability Area (India, ROW, etc), Priority Date, and notes such as whether or not you are using premium processing or substituted labor, would be useful as would any RFE related matters.

Clock starts ticking...

We received notitification - with receipt number - that the I-140 package had been received by TSC and would be adjudicated within 15 days by the VSC (not the TSC!).

The thing that is weird is that online it says the case is with the TSC and that it was received June 4.

This is contrary to what the initial email but I presume it is more accurate.

Updates on both 6/5 and 6/6 but no status change.

Anyone else care to share June 1 submissions?

I-140 Approved!

Approval notice was sent to the attorneys early this morning - June 8th.

What a wonderful bit of news to hear going in to the weekend!

Online Status approved

On Sunday morning, the online system sent me my own notice of I-140 approval.

It said that on June 7th, an approval notice had been sent out.

Can you please tell me if online status tells if the application is filed under premium or not ..My employer said it has ? but i dont know if it did as it has been more then 21 days after filing the application.

Mine was concurrently filed on June 1st. Received receipt notice for i-140 PP. Didn't receive notices for 485 etc., but did call service center and got the receipt numbers from them :)

mine were sent to nebraska, but they are pending at TSC.

The initial email notification sent from the processing center to the attorney DID mention premium processing. The online system that you would log into DOES NOT mention premium processing so do not look for it there.

Ask the lawyer to forward the email notice he received when it was filed. Mind you mine was foled as premium from the get-go. I am not sure what happens in the event it was an upgrade.

I got the e-mail last night from CRIS that my I-140 PP was approved. It was filed on June 01, 2007 to Nebraska and then internally forwarded to TSC. It was also filed as PP from the beginning.
