June '05 Bulletin out - no change in EB-3 retrogression

Sad...

This is sad. For those who are stuck in retrogression and for those who will have to file in EB-3 due to the vagaries of PERM, this is disgusting news. At this rate, it takes three years just to be able to file the I-485!

And now PERM makes it so much more harder to file an EB-2, so that more EB-2 eligible candidates will have to file in EB-3. And EB-3 is a mess...

There will b a lot of pain before this gets better, *if* it gets better.

I can only hope and pray that by some magic by the end of this year it moves to 01/2004 or better.

And what if EB-3 further retrogresses?

Sad...really sad... :-(

The only alternative (and hope) is that Congress pass some measure to give relief for EB-3. I think everyone should write to Senators / Congressman ASAP to heard their voices in Whitehouse.
