Close to 60-70% of FY2003 cases have had fingerprint notices ( at least one) except cases submitted in June 03 which have had only about 2-3% ....
What is going on ???? Just bad luck ?

Don't sweat it. Apparently when your case comes up in the adjudication queue you will automatically be sent FP notices if your fingerprints are not on file.

I agree with 140. It's better to get your FP notice when your case is up for adjudication than get your notice and then have your FP's expire and have to take them again. You are luckier than you know :D
