Jun 2005:Processing date update?

USCIS has not updated the "Processing dates" for a long time now. It's almost 3 weeks. Anyone heard anything?. It wasn't updated because they did not make much progress???

Case status

Hi Guys,
My lawyer gave me the receipt # for I-140 and this link to check the status
https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/caseStatusSearchDisplay.do;jsessionid=ec_BqF75r2v8

But when I put in my receipt # I get the following message
"Status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the service center where you submitted your application"

I get a similar message when I call the USCIS 24 hour automated line at 800-375-5283.
What does it mean?
Is there a different web site/link to check status?

Where do you guys check the current processing dates for I-140/I-485.

my guess is that they are having some computer glitch and some how delay in publishing the new JIT is tied to un-reliable online updates .... but it is just a guess.

I think they publish twice a month. So, sometimes, it takes 3 weeks after they published last JIT, instead of 2 weeks. I think later today or tomorrow we should see the new dates..

on 485 it was a 60 days leap and on I140 40 days leap as I predicted......

It's out. On June 9, 2005. For CSC, both I140 & I485 are dated March 1, 2005

I was told that USCIS is having some problems with their online case
status system and they expect it to be fixed within a few weeks.
You can call USCIS and ask about your case with a USCIS agent.
