Here we go again:eek:

Jul 15 Heard AVM Intent to deny notice mailed on Jul 12 2002.

Jul 19 Recieved NOID (Requesting I485A and 1000.00 each for anyone over 17)

Jul 19 Applied for EAD renewal.

Jul 26 Sent I485A and 2 cks for 1000.00 (Self and Spouse)

Aug 05 recieved new EAD card valid till Sep 19 2003.

Aug 07 AVM changed Fees recieved and processing resumed

Aug 13 Checked Online Banking and discovered checks for self and wife encashed yesterday.

Aug 13 AVM still says processing resumed

WILL THIS WAIT EVER END??????
 
It will end

The wating will end soon. If the checks have been encashed it seems your cases are close to approval. If there was a problem they would not have encashed the checks. I know it is a "pain-in -the-ass" but it will end soon. Little more patience!!;)

There is an end and its going to be sooner than what you think and is giong to be a very positive (in your favor) end as they say in telugu language, "subham card padiddi tondarlo and cinema sukantam". Every body is happy.

Then visit Las Vegas (bring lots of cash with you) and I promise you that you will not be disappionted :)

Check encashib v/s approval

Check encashing does not imply approval .. it only means that you have submitted the requisite fees and processing is happening (I once submitted wrong amount and the whole appln was returned rejected).

No July_16 I am not saying anything wrong will happen, just that the relationship between 2 should not be seen as an implied appproval .. I am 100% sure you case will be approved very soon.

Last time when I had it, I got throat infection...Big Time. Start with smaller doses and then towards the end, go full steam ahead.
