I haven't contacted the senator. But I asked my lawyers to follow up with NSC.

They also told me the same old bull shit, there is nothing wrong with the case but it is pending.

I am on the same boat. My case has been pending for over 20 mths. I don't think my attorney is helpful. So I asked for help of a senator. Whenever something happens, I will post here.

I'm on the same boat too.. no response since INS last received my RFE documents.

waitforad, I'm wondering which senator did you try? Does it have to be someone who's involved in the immigration area?
