As i have mentioned here before, Bush replaced a Ex governer by a Circuit coart judge 2 years ago to head USCIS. This was done so that such " B" grade picks can act like puppets to obey orders of Bush admin insiders. The conservative people inside Bush admin do not want ot give any GCs to non christian peoples and therefor they introduced retrogession.
State department was not part of this but they were FOOLED by USCIS indicating that lots of I-1485 appovals are on the way. But CIR made it clear to state department that , the I-485 appoval prediction from USCIS is just a lie and the real agenda of Bush admin is NOT to give any GC even though it is mandated by LAW. Now state department has revolted against it making visa cut off dates current. Bravo State Department.
I have trust in my mind in american justice and system. I am confidant that if BUsh is not impeached soon all of his puppets will be behind bars sooner or later and will be served justice for screwing with innocent people.
I am not sure how and who will attack the artificailly created "Name Check"
problem. NOte that FBI is headed by another Bush puppet named Alberto Gonzales.
Defeat of CIR proves that atleast majority of US senators are with us.

Alberto Gonzalez is the Atty General and has nothing to do with FBI.

Senators are with us ? Which world are you living in ? CIR was killed b'cos they don't want to do anything for legal immigrants. In every single bill,illegals were the ones who were discussed.... Senators are shit scared that doing anything for legals = screwing an american job.

Although I understand yr frustration, there is no substance to yr (conspiracy)theories

I think the head of the FBI actually does report to the Attorney General (Alberto Gonzalez).
