Just my 0.02 cents - Now as per July visa bulletin everything is current and will retrogress in August or September for sure. Now if the VSC -> TSC cases are not approved by June 30 then it's a very tricky situation for them. They might have to wait much longer and even large number of transfer cases will retrogress in Aug./Sept., because flood gates will open on July 1st and there will be larger number of approvable cases which are originally filed at TSC waiting for their approval and of course those cases are already assigned to officers. So we might see surge in number of approvals with PD's from 2003-2005 for the cases originally filed at TSC. So VSC->TSC transfer cases act now in whatever way you can before it's too late.
