July RD, RFI for marriage cert - need advice from others who had been there.

My details: RD:0731, ND 0921, EB2, RIR, India. I have been issued an RFI for marriage cert. Will the marriage cert issued by Consul General of India in New York be sufficient? If not, what are the other options? Gurus pls let me know..

When the RFE was issued??

The marriage certificate issued by Consulate is not good enough, though some officers might accept that. You need to get it from the registrar in the town of your marriage.
