worst case scenarios would be April 2002.

Based on the current processing speed, a reasonable estimate will be April or May 2002. Don\'t expect too much from VSC. They have been stood still at March 15 RD for a month!

definitely within the first half of 2002

I would estimate the average speed to be 1 month RD per physical month, though sometime slow and sometime fast. So April will be RD 6/2001 and May RD 7/2001
