Hi Guys,
Now it is my turn to post the good news, my case and my wife\'s case is approved as of today.
here are my details again
PD 5/00
RD 7/26/01
ND 9/19/01
AD 5/17/02.
My I-140 was approved for CP.

This site was very helpful , Thanks a lot to all the guys, special thanks to Rajiv S Khanna for maintaining this site . Guys if you have any questions feel free to ask me. I spoke to an IIO last week and she told me that my case was assigned and would take another 2 months because of the new security checks.

I did not wrote any letter to INS

When I spoke to NVC in March, they said that INS has requested my I-140 and they sent it on 1st March. My case was assigned to an officer last week at around 5/6 May.
