ND: 07/24/01 (WAC-01-240-xxxxx)
FP: 11/03/01 (schedueld 11/08/01, San Diego)
AVM: First 11/16/01 (FP Collected) Second 12/29/01 (FP completed and the case is resumed)
AD: Approved 01/04/02 per the AVM

Will let you know after I receive the approval notice.

my wac is 01-233-x rd 5/14, nd 7/13
same AVM history as you (11/16) and (12/29) keeping fingers crossed.
 
Country does not matter in AOS approval timing.

AOS approval is regardless of contry of birth.
Once the visa numbers are available for that country, only then AOS is filed.
Once filed, everybody is in the same queue.
 
Received Approval Notice 01/09/02

We just received the approval notice in the mail box (courtesy copy) 01/09/02. It\'s approved on 01/04/02 per the AVM. Not sure if the courtesy copy is enough for passport stamping. Try to do passport stamping this week.

Other info:

Filed I-485 without W2 and pay stubs. No RFE.
EAD: 11/01
