It means they have 1196200 * $305 = $364,841,000 under 0% APR credit from us only for i485. That would yield $7,296,820 a year given modest 2% in a bank. And the cry about not having money looks like a lie.

Assumming half of those file for AP & EAD every year which implies

1196200/ 2 * 2 * 110 = 131,582,000.
Thats the revenue that BCIS has every year.

Which implies increasing that number brings more money to them.

Then why would they approve any cases any ways :(
