July Filer talked to IIO

I just talked to an IIO about my case : RD : July,2001 ND : August,2001

IIO : How can i help you ?
Me : How are you today ?
IIO : Good
Me : I need to know the status of my case..EAC...
IIO : Verify your name
Me : Name Verified
IIO : Everything looks ok with your case but we are processing April 2001 cases so your\'s has 5 months to go.
Me : mine is a July case.
IIO : Still you have to give 5 months..

So talking to IIO did not help.

RD + 12 months - current month

I guess the IIO simply applies the RD + 365 days - current month rule to respond. Elsewhere in this msg board, I saw an IIO\'s response of a magic date of July 12 or something...

I remember in that case, ND is July, 2001. That is why...

IIO told him/her the decision will be made by July, 2002.

july filer make a list or post message whenever u speak to IIO

dear friends
those who filed their cases in july,if you gusy speak to IIO
then please paste your conversation onto the site or make a different list for that.It will be helpful for others.
And do not call frequently,it doesn;t make any sense ,they keep noting when u called and for what,so why we are taking unnecessary risk.Let them do thier job.It is their duty to approve our cases.
And they do work according to their schedule,like you guys work.
Do u complete your work one month before,u don\'t go for coffee,
be patient ,your time will come too.
if you check daily doesn\'t make any difference.
If you are in project or permanent employee then does it make any difference that when you r getting GC.Market is too bed ,so any how yuu have to stick to the place where u are working,so why u guys are in hurry of getting GC.
I know we get satisfaction after Approval.
