If your RD is in July/Aug 2004, Can you please post your current status of I-140/I-485?

Even if it is approved, please post it so that remaining folks can at least guess when they can expect their Approvals.

FP received 02/26/2005(Code-3), FP done on 03/20/2005

I140 AD 5/18/04

Guys pls post ur I140 approval date too so that we know whether it is a concurrent/semi concurrent or non concurrent case.

I140/485: RD: 7/21/04 ND: 7/28/04
LUD (140): 7/30/04
LUD (485): 9/20/04 (for fingerprint results)

Then no LUDs at all.

Nothing after that.

A lot of ppl from Sept end/ begining october are getting approved... my last scan showed 73 approvals for nds Sept End, October 5th and Oct 6th.
 
donkeykong.. do u mean to say that people having PD with sept/oct 2001 or ND for I140 and I484 with ND setp/oct 2004 ?

I am not sure whether the name check is peding or not.
My lawyer will inquire once the 30 days after the dates , I think the date should chnage in a day or 2 .
I am hopeful to see it soon though
 
My co worker's I-140 was approved two weeks a go

Dear All,

Keep your heads up!!!!your time is coming...My co-worker's I-140 was approved two weeks ago...He is from India and his RD date for I-140/I-485 was Aug-2004...He is EB3 and he has masters. We work for a big corporate in SOCAL (19000 Employees Nation Wide). He has been very lucky sofar. He got his EAD and AP with in a month of applying. NO RFE.

My situ...
My RD for I-140/I-485 is OCT-5th 2004. I got my EAD very fast. I got a RFE for my AP and responded in JAN-5th...no news yet...My I-485 was transfered to LA OFFICE for an interview (don't know why???). No interview date yet.
So keep your heads up cuz your time is coming.

Hi guys,

My 485 got approved today.
Non-concurrent, CSC RD July 28th, 2004
FP done Feb 25, 2005
Email recd from USCIS today that the case has been approved.
waiting for the rcpt notice to arrive in mail.
I wish to thank everyone who have helped create this wonderful forum.
