July/Aug/Sept Interviews

My case was forwarded to Mumbai consulate on April 27th. Still waiting for interview date. I expected my name in 15th June's list but did not found it...
 
Eb2 or EB3

If you are EB3 then you have to wait till Oct as in my case too.Consulate has case and I have to wait till this stupid retrogression ends.
 
Wow -- maybe things are slowing down at the Consulates -- can't imagine why, though.

My case went to NWD on May 24 -- waiting to see if it is in the June 15 list (not yet released).

Have you checked with the Consulate to see if there is a problem? The past few cases on cptracker (granted, it's not foolproof or even statistically necessarily reliable) for Mumbai indicate that interview dates were given within two months or so of the case being sent to the Consulate.

I wrote an email to Mumbai consulate asking the status on my case. Got the reply that they hope to schedule it in August.

However they did not mention that whether interview is going to be schedule in August or if they are going to publish it in August's list.... I hope they are going to schedule it in August...
 
averma: I guess one could interpret "hope to schedule in August" both ways, quite legitimately. I'm not sure, however, why the Consulate would want to tell you which *list* you might be in. I think one could safely say that the more probably interpretation is that you'll have an interview in August. Regardless -- more waiting ... *sigh* ... Best wishes.
 
I was really anticipating an interview date in July, but heck, did not go thru. Hopefully, in august for sure if EB2 does not retrogress. Good luck to all in this game of roulette(!!!). what more can I say?
 
I was going by the same logic that interview is scheduled approx 2 months from the date the case is sent to Mumbai and was expecting a July interview.

But all hopes crashed.

I hope they schedule in August and before EB2 retrogresses.
 
Well: not July either

NWD just put up their July list. My case isn't on there. More waiting ... ::sigh::

Are you for Mumbai? If yes, when was your case forwarded by NVC to Mumbai?
 
Interview scheduled

Guy,

Just wanted to share, my interview is scheduled on Aug 25th.. Any one else got their interview in August?
 
NWD must be the slowest of the lot :mad: They haven't published the August interview schedule yet; it took them three weeks to acknowledge receipt of my case from the NVC, and they haven't yet responded to an email inquiry I sent on Monday ... :( I'm hoping my interview is in August --- it's about time .... ::sigh::

NWD just posted the August interview list .... mine is on August 17! YAY! Now to call the travel agent ...
