Here are the details.
PD: 12-99, EB3, India.
RD: 07-31-01
ND: 09-21-01
FP: Sometime in December.
Approved on 05-13-02.
Pleasantly surprised to be approved when friends before us are waiting. My wife was the applicant and my son and I were the derevative approvals. All the three cases are approved. As the saying goes in Hindi.."Badi Der Kardi
Meherbaan Aate Aate....". No BIG DEAL. I am sure everyone waiting will get approved soon. Good Luck.

or it has something to do with FP date

The waiting period looks to be based on the RD/ND. I don\'t think FP has much to do with it.
