July 2nd I-485 Filing -- Receipt Notice!!

I already have my I-140 approved and live in Oklahoma. Not sure if my I-485 gets submitted to Nebraska or Texas??

I have quite a dilemma. I've had a vacation planned to Canada (home) from July 29th - August 5th. Has anyone who filed on July 2nd received a receipt notice yet? I'm guessing I will probably have to cancel my trip next week. What are the odds I'll get my receipt notice in the next 7 days? Have any of you??

If you maintain the H-1B status, you may visit Canada during the aforesaid period, and you may use automatic revalidation if necessary (not required if you have unexpired visa stamp in your passport).
 
i was also planning a vaction to India. but lawyer said I need the I 485 receipt notice before leaving the country . Can u tell me what is automatic revalidation ?

I have a valid H1 stamp
