I talked to the IIO a few times in the last couple of months and got replies ranging from, "call after 4-6 weeks" (..Get off my back for now) to "We have stopped approving all Indian and Chinese I-485 since their quota for the year is finished"(... booo Scarred you again!!). The only useful piece of info from the IIO was that the case generally gets approved within 60-90 days from the date your FP\'s get into the VSC system (July 10, 2000 in my case).
Finally the credits:
My sincere thanks to all those posting information on this board, which was the only true gauge of the progress @ VSC and the motivation to keep hopes alive.
How can I forget the Mr Rajiv Khanna for maintaining this site - THANK YOU.
Wish you guys out there luck, hang tight (I know it is easy for me to say that now....)
Tks.
