Monthly visa issuances for 05/2022 have been released. 4900 visas were issued, 16664 total in DV2022.

I was looking at the DV2022 CEAC data and I was stunned by the fact that there’s about 21k visas issued and about 26k ready!

I have the following question:

Do cases designated as “ready” count towards the total quota? Or just the issued visas do?

Do cases designated as “ready” count towards the total quota? Or just the issued visas do?

The 55k limit regards issued visas. There's no way to tell how many of those Ready will attend their interview or how many will get refused.
