All EB categories became current. But this is bad news for those who are waiting for 485 approvals. Until now there are not many approvals. USCIS will become still slow from July 1st. Think of how many 485 cases they will be receiving. This is nothing but they are making money from innocent people who are trying to enter legally.

Why do you think USCIS increased fee from July 31st. ;) This is trick to make more money out of us. Before New Visa numbers are available from October, they will backdate (retrogress) everything and start making money out of EAD and AP's. ;)

So who is the ultimate looser...:( :( You All Know..:D
 
you are a friggin idiot. No one is asking you to apply for an EAD or AP. If you choose to do so, then you can file only your AOS, which will go BEFORE the increase fee goes into effect.
