My I140 is approved as of March 30, 2005.

Hoping for I485 approval soon!

Do you know if your 140 was applied with copy of labor or with the original labor?

Hi,

As per my lawyer, it was submitted with a photocopy of approved labor.

As per him he always submits photocopy for substitute I140 case and when RFE comes, he submits original labor.

I am not aware of any RFE in my I-140 though. At least never received any RFE email or online message also never changed with regards to RFE.
