Guys do you know of any July 2003 cases getting approved? My ND 7/30/2003. I know MD Rockville is waiting? What an agony this has turned out to be??????? Many 2004 late 2003 cases are getting approved..........

i was told that my 140 and 485 will be done together whenever these bastards are ready to do so....my company must have called them atleast 5 times but no luck yet....

do you have any LUD ???

I had same reply from my senator and congressman. I don't know wht will happen next year, once priority date comes in picture.

my 485 was filed July 10th 2003
my labor PD is april 2000

so atleast my labor is in the safe zone for now...

fp was done 29th sept 2004

no LUD changes from 7/15/03

format was just
eac number:
a number;
and return email address

case status problem. message saying "The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system."

called to INS through 1-800-375-5283. voice saying --> tempepararily problem with our system could not access ur account. try call to latter.

can u give idea.

My self & My wife got emails Yesterday (12/22/04)
Kids LUD changed on 12/22/04, but enable to find the status. message is above came.

I guess kids approvals also over , OR still pending?

chances are that you got aproved and after approval kids status can not be located for few days..this message however is std. for everyone..should be ok after few hours
