EAD - card productin orderd on sep 15th 2007

I have an LUD on I-140 on 08/05 and LUD on I-485 09/11, 09/14.

Any idea why there is an LUD on I-140 ?
 
Did you apply to NSC or TSC? What does your receipt number start with? SRC or WAC?

Just to get an Idea as my application for 485,EAD and AP was sent on 19th of July.
