As per our scans...

they are even ahead of these dates for many cases. We have found many cases from Sept 1, 15 etc. already approved. Some cases from Dec are also approved.

These dates are the kind of average worst case I guess.

Was wondering whether you scanned SRC04075***** series and your expectations based on that. I have not yet received the FP notice and the notice date is Jan/20. So if the fujie memo is being implemented and my FP is still due I dont think I can expect anything for quite some time..

my RD is Jan 26 and no FP too..

Well, I am not sure how this FP thing really works. My Rd is Jan 26 and no FP where as some people who filed after me also got their FP done. However take solace in the fact that there are many many people before your RD who have not gotten their FP notice yet. My guess is that once our 485 is within 3-4 months of adjudication we will get the FP notice which is kinda good cause a FP notice means we will get both 140 and 485 approved together.

Another of my calculation is that when they pick up our 140 for adjudication in next few months they will also send out FP notice since Fujie memo is being implemented in TSC as is obvious from last few cases.
