July 09 Receipts but nothing since

My husband and I are applying for an adjustment of status for myself. We have receipts for our I-485, I-130, and I-765 dated July 15, 2009. Two of them (the I-485 and I-765) say that USCIS WILL SCHEDULE [MY] BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT but I have not heard anything since and nor has my lawyer.

Anyone in the same situation?

Call the 1800 customer service number and ask them where your appointment is if its been 30 days since the NOA. I have heard of many cases where they left off apartment numbers on the letter and the post office returns or it just gets lost in the mail period. But most of the July filers are past their appointments.
 
Either call them or do infopass. The bio date usually come in 1-2 weeks after CIS received the package. Very likely it was not delivered or something.
