July-04 RD, Approval - Texas

Hi All,
I just checked the USCIS web site and it said that my case was approved. I cannot thank the members on this forum enough, for the support that you have provided. Here are my details:

Labour RIR: April-02 applied, approved May-04 (Nasty experience)
Category: EB2
Concurrent Filing:140/485/EAD/AP RD 7/29, AD 12/22
EAD/AP AD 8/04(I think)
FP: 9/04 ..Did not do early FP
No RFE's

This should be one of the happiest days of my life, but...I am to get married in January, my Fiance is on H-1...so i guess i will have to wait another 5 yrs to get her GC!!...Any suggestions are welcome.

That too July end, almost August. I might have been picked up by the Pilot Program....Anyone plz suggest options for my fiancee

CONGRATULATIONS !!!!!!!
I have applied concurrent processing during the same time, RD 7/23, got EAD/AP in 08/04, FP in 11/1/04,
But only difference is that mine is in EB3 category.
Are they will consider only EB2 for Pilot Program?

Congrats ! you have given hope for many guys out there.

Regarding your fiancee: While there are several possibilities. I think you should consult a lawyer/get more formal opinion.

I held from applying for GC for three years mainly because of the fiancee issue.
