Details:

EB3 - NSC - Non-Retrogressed Country
PD: June 2003
I140: ND: 7/7/04 AD: 03/31/05
I485: ND: 7/7/04 AD: 06/16/05
No RFEs, address change or EAD/AP application in process

My PD is October 2001 and I am also EB3 and I am also NOT from the retr country.

Once again Congrats and enjoy

My ND is 09/2003

I140 approved 10/03
FP taken 03/06/05

I'm NOT from a retrogression affected country and I dont see any indication that my case will be approved soon! and in top of it I will have to add 3 more months (Jul-Sept) because of the visa unavailability.
