Just got email that my I140 has been approved. Got RFE for I-485, keep fingers cross!

I-140 - RD- 07/22/04 - Approved 12/29/04

Congrats!!!! You have your 140 approved in unbeleivable time frame. Can you post your other information such as EB Category, PD, FP etc..

i too hv file in july2004..my dates r 7/7/04,hope the magic happens to my case too my ..AP approve,i travelled india in november just waiting fr 140 to b aproved

What is the process while coming back on AP? I am planning to goto India in May and want to know as mine AP also approved and planning to comeback on AP.

Does any one say on either India or usa airport?

Not got RFE yet, might have gone to lawyer, by the way RFE was for my son not me.
