Well, INS did not say that they have requested my file from NVC. Matter of fact, they have not yet admitted to me that the I-140 consular is what is holding me up(Last time i called just told me that \'case with an officer - 60 days).
I renewed my EAD in may/june for another year.
Also check your private message. I have sent my email address.

Did anybody get a response from the IIOs as to how long it takes for them to get the I-140 file from NVC?
