After several years in court, finally, on dec 6th judge give his approval for our asylum case. We tried to get I-94 from phoenix USCIS office with not luck. First they said we have to wait for 30 days for the DA/Government appeal our case or not. Then today, they said they have to wait for category status updated. So confuse, need help
