Thought I should update you'll on my case. Filed for labor from Nebraska in Dec 2002. Got a query from DOL in Aug 2003
They wanted to know physical existence of my employer
and
why they wanted a software engineer.
The response was sent in Sept 2003 and labor was finally approved on may 26th 2004 through Chicago regional dept
