Oh my God, i can't believe it. Both my wife's and my applications were approved today.

My GC Journey is about to be over.

RD: 12/06/2001
ND: 12/17/2001
FP1: 04/2001
FP2: 08/2003, 10/2003 (we received 2nd FP notices on different dates and I don't remember the exact dates)
AP: 11/24/2003

What a journey. thank you for the information and encouragement i got from this Forum. Especially those 2001 filers, your turn will be next.

Some events in my application might be a reference to you:

Issued Status Query in July and probably triggered the 2nd FP for my wife although not mine; She did the early FP right after receiving the notice in August.

Contacted the Senator in Sept and filed the 3rd EAD in Sept. Got response from Senator in Oct, stating my case 'is ready to process'. Got 2nd FP notice for myself in Oct (not sure if Senator request or EAD filing triggered the 2nd FP). Did the early FP right after the notice.

Waiting, waiting, waiting...

Nov/24, the online message stated that both of our cases were approved.
