Journal ad must?

My emp is testing labor market for my LC under RIR in Utah. My lawyer advise 2 np ad 60 days apart and one journal ad in between. Is it must to have a journal ad ? Is it necessory to test the LM nationaly ?

What happens or how to deal if we find a qualified us citizen result of journal ad? My ETA 750 says BS with 6yrs exp and some spl requirements.

Newspaper (Classified Help Wanted Section) Advertising is the primary evidence the Employer can show the DOL to as evidence of attempted recruitment for the position.
