Jony Lever, Pcee: Is Approval based on FP done date also???

Most people who are approved had FP done date earlier than Nov.7 approximately. Is FP done date important for approval?
My info is in Pcee april list.

It is one of the factors , b\'cos they should get out finger prints, send it to different agencies , get back background checks, and then they will proceed furthur with the case.
 
FP is an important factor

Many coleagues with ND and RD later than mine have gotten approvals before me. The only difference is FP, they got FP notices before I did and they did FP early.

Interesting fact is, my friend and I did FP on the same day at the same ASC (SFO) and we got approvals within a day from each other.

Therefore, if delayed FP can be a show stopper, imho.
