Three Doctors, an American,a Russian and a Paki( Paki and doctor????), were boasting on how advanced their respective countries were (the Paki too!!) . The Russian was boasting about how they had this kid born without legs and they managed to fix artifical legs on him and he went on to be an Olympic gymnast.
The American then boasted about how they fixed arms and legs on a girl who went on to be the world champion in swimming.
It was now the Pakis turn. He then boasted about this kid who was born without a head and how they fixed a coconut on him in place of a head. AND this kid went on to be the prime minister of Paki land!!!!
