can anyone be joint sponsor? who already had once sponsored someone else before? is there any restrictions for that?

Joint sponsers must:
-be a USC or LPR
-meet income requirments according to their household number

You can be a joint sponser more than once. The only thing is you need to count all those you've sponsered when calculating household number. For example, if I have a family of three and two years ago I sponsered my mother. If I am a joint sponser again, I must include my the person I sponsered into my household number, so I have to meet the federal poverty guidelines for a family of five (my family of three plus the person I am still obligated to be financially responsible for plus the new person I am sponsering.
