According to this...The income should be 125% of the poverty line.
Since you have no dependants...the total number of members in your household is 2....(you and ur spouse)..
The answer is $16,500.

The sponsor...(petitioner) has to have income 125% of poverty line.
If he/she doesnt meet this income...one can use a joint sponsor to qualify...
Hence the total income...(Petitioner + joint sponsor) shud be greater than $16,500.

A joint sponsor must individually meet the minimum
requirement of 125 percent of the poverty line based on
his or her household size and income and/or assets,
including any assets of the sponsored immigrant.
