Joint sponsor moving out of country: Do I need to find substitute joint sponsor?

Hello,
I received temporary GC couple months ago. Our joint sponsor is planning on moving back to Europe. He is naturalized citizen. He plans on notifying USCIS thru i-865 of address change.

What do I do in this situation?

I could find info only related to substitution of primary sponsor...
 
No. I did not see anything in the guidance that suggested you need to find a substitute. That would have been the case if he had left before you were granted the green card. He is still "on the hook" for supporting you despite having left the country.
 
Now that you have the green card, if your sponsor(s) quit their job or move out of the US you don't need to find another sponsor. But like ananga said, they are still bound by the Affidavit of Support, until one of the conditions for its termination have occurred.
