I am married to a USC for a month now. However we are living together for over 10months now and we have lease documents to prove that we are living together.
Her income is not sufficient to meet the 125% rule. The INS website says that if the beneficiary(me) of the petitioner(my wife) has been a HOUSEHOLD member for over 6months then I can use my income to meet the 125% rule.
So can I use my income tooo as a Household income since we aer living in the same household for more than 6months or do I need to stay married for more than 6months before I can file both our income on i-864.
PLEASE HELP!!. Let us know since we are about to apply for my AOS next week.
