Joining Bankrupted Company

I am working with a bankrupted company as Contractor. Now this Company forcing me to join them as employeer or they will release me


I am still on H1 with my sponser Company and I have my EAD card. but never used.

So if I join the bankrupted company using my EAD card does it effect my Green Card Process. did INS refuse my GC because it is bankrupted Company

As I heard this company will go out of bankrupcy at the end of this year.

my GC details is

# Wac 02 179 5xxxx
RN MAY 6, 2002
ND MAy 7, 2002

my EAD card will expire on August 2003, but I filled for renew.
 
Is your 140 approved?? If so there may not be a problem.

The best scenario is if you have other alternative job then go for it.Other wise if your 140 is approved then I do not see a issue.
485 is not employer related though you need to have a similar related job.
