I want to see what opinions and experiences people have regarding this situation: XX is eligible for AC21 and going by the current pace of EB3 India, XX will be retrogressed for a long time . XX has an opportunity to join one of the SWITCH companies,one of the lower ranked .The salary gain is about 15% gross and no significant other benefit increase.Like many , XX is employed with a typical small sized professional India based staffing firm and it is not bad financially but no scope for growth career-wise.XX is already on 9/10th. year H1.
Within the boundaries of most H1Bs ,is it worthwhile to make a move to one of these companies (mostly stable,no travel,support-type role) ?
