Hey, guys we are thinking of starting a home based business! But our visas don't work here in US for this! I am on H4 and Husband is on H1B visa.
So, we have our friends who have green card, and we both can become partners.But on paper for taxes purpose and everything they will be the people to start that business.
Can we do like that !
