JoeF,

Your advise is of great help. Thank you so much. Now its clear that I can't work for the company that I'm planning to start, which also means I can't sign any document. But still can I register the company under my name?
If in case I can register the company(LLC) under my name, how can I employ an officer (CEO/member) to run the company as I can't sign any document for his/her employment in my company?

Please advise.

Thanks again..

Well, that's a bit of a gray area. Hiring a CEO is pretty much the only thing you can do.
See, e.g., http://www.usvisanews.com/faq/business.shtml#business
From the above link:It mentions:
"Kareem keeps his day job and keeps working, and HIRES a U.S. manager to administer the daily operations of his new company. Except for COUNTING the money and TOUCHING BASE with the administration, Kareem is out of the loop with the daily operations of his company".
"In this scenario, Kareem's actions are perfectly legal".
Is it not implying:Hiring a managaer is also incudes the acivity of sigining the hired(HIRING)person apptmt/contract.?Of course Karim should not recieve
direct compnesation for sgining.
To hire a person he has to be inducted in to the co.
Does the above is clear or gray from above link? If the FAQ anaswer is right.
