JoeF , in some courts there is a plea bargain , where by Instead of pleading guilty to moving violation , you can bargain and plea guilty to a lesser charge ( I.E instead of Moving Violation plea guilty to parking violation ) how would you put this in the N400

JoeF , Isn’t it true that a person is innocent until proven guilty in the court of law, if so then isn’t it true that what you have pleaded guilty for is the end result , in this case pleaded guilty to a parking violation which doesn’t need to be mentioned?
