Do I also need to attach any court documents regarding disposition of the traffic ticket?

What do I do if I don't remember where I got the ticket? It was spring break 8 years ago somewhere on I-20 in Alabama is all I remember. I was driving from Atlanta to Austin. Any suggestions?
