Finally my time has come to apply for the Citizenship and as, almost, everybody else I have some questions about Traffic Tickets after reading post:
http://www.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=172771&highlight=Joef+traffic+ticket

2 years ago I received a speeding ticket in Florida while driving with an out-of-state DL (20+ mph above). The police officer issued a citation with "UNLAWFUL SPEED INTERSTATE" and explained to me that I could opt to take the traffic school, in such case my fine would be reduced by 18%, no points would be assessed to my DL, my insurance company would not be notified and the court would "WITHHOLD THE ADJUDICATION. So I took the traffic school on-line and done deal.
I just review my ticket on-line (disposition) and under verdict says "C ADJUDICATION WITHHELD/TRAFFIC SCHOOL", under sentence says "DEFENSE DRIVING SCHOOL" and under charge says "NON-CRIMINAL", "UNLAWFUL SPEED INTERSTATE".

Then one year and a half after this ticket I received one more in my home state for speeding and it was reduced to a "NON-MOVING-VIOLATION". These are the only 2 traffic tickets in my life.

I assume I should answer “YES" to Q 19. - Have you ever been placed in an alternative or a rehabilitative program? (for example: WITHELD ADJUDICATION")

But I should answer "NO" to Q 20. - Have you ever received a suspended sentence, been place on probation or been paroled?

Q15.- NO
Q16.- YES
Q17.- NO
Q18.- NO

Am I right? Please share you thoughts. Thanks.
