Could you please advise about the US Permanant resident parent sponsoring his/ her son/ daughter who is on B1 visa in the US. Can the parent(s) apply for their married son/ daughter over 18 years of age and after the petition, can that son/ daughter stay here legally till the decision? I would appreciate your response.
